Had this chair for five weeks now and very happy with it. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of of the chair currently heavily advertised on TV but it is only a fraction of the price of the TV one so I am more than satisfied with my purchase. I use it daily and have definitely experienced an improvement in my back and neck pain problems. Control panel instructions are quite sparse and could be improved but functions can be worked out with a little experimentation. Highly recommended.
