    I was disappointed to receive the wrong item. It was a brass saraswati statue around the same size but it is a very different style. The seller was very generous to give a full refund. I am promised the they will arrange the item I actually ordered for me to buy but I want what I ordered and im not sure what i will do with two. I dont high hopes that they'll follow through. Communication could have been better but it also could have been worse. I'm hoping for the best and I'll see what happens.

    Items smelled of excrement/feces when received. Tie was in a different location compared to photos (lower) and some colours were very inaccurate (purple in particular was a completely different shade). Seller insisted that the smell was normal and offered partial refund to avoid return shipping costs/in exchange for feedback revision. Hopefully people read this comment and decide whether or not to purchase accordingly. Purchase experience was very frustrating.
