This machine is immaculate brand new unlike the last new sale I bought which appears to be a returned item they gave me which also had been thrown as the foam on the inside was also broken in half to prove my point. However this new chainsaw requires breaking in which I have not done so I can't comment on performance. However everything appears to be brand new and in order. Would recommend to family or friends. Great price also. Very happy. Regards
