Seller sent me the wrong item and sent another buyer my item. Seller was very polite and apologized. Both packages were returned, so I thought it would be a simple package swap facilitated by the seller. E-bay refunded me without authorization to print a return label, when I just wanted what I bought without having to do another cash transaction. I declined to repurchase item. Nothing against the seller. I thought ebay's insurance policy would cover re-shipping without classifying it as a return
