Seller advertises 22 plastic rock climbing stones for $5.85. Seller had sent 1(one) plastic stone. When I contacted them, they had offered 30% discount, which I declined. They then offered 50%, and again, I declined, as I wanted what I had ordered. Seller needs to either take down their ad, or ship what is offered!

The item arrived faster than the due date. But I wished the seller packaged it with more materials (e.g. at least two boxes) because bubble wrap alone couldn't prevent the pen from breaking. Fortunately, s/he responded quickly and partially refunded as I requested, so it all went well.

Norwegians be aware: Seller did not specify VOEC and declared incorrect item value on customs declaration. This necessitated manual customs processing by Posten causing delays and a handling fee of 45 NOK plus VAT (moms) on the incorrect value, in addition to the correct VAT already paid through eBay. Would have been fast and free if specified correctly. Seller is unwilling to cover these extra expenses even though it was caused by their mistake.
