    Proceed with caution…Seller’s incorrectly sized coat was returned. eBay correctly tabulated refund amount minus the return shipping label. This seller adjusted that amount by taking return label out twice and didn’t refund taxes paid either. You were supposed to refund the predetermined eBay generated amount not short my refund at will. Will not reply to email for balance.
