I rarely leave feedback, but I have been trying to find even just a "decent" paring/small knife that could be resharpened as needed for probably 2 years. OMG, I immediately ordered another set of these. Have you heard the term "they don't make 'em like this anymore?". Well, they probably do if you want to spend $15 or $20 for just ONE knife.
