Took me a whole weekend to fit, don't underestimate the difficulties this task we bring about, for my mini you must retain the shoe from the old suspension, which means you will require a spring compressor to take the old shock apart. Overall happy now they are on, the adjustable dampening makes a real difference, good cheap kit overall happy
