Ordered PD1651 with Pen. Received PD1650 without Pen. in the box was a piece of paper saying I would have to purchase the pen separately for 40 dollars. (This is above retail price for the pen on its own.) I reached out to the seller, and they asked if I wanted them to send a pen. I said "If you are not going to charge me for it, since it was included in the listing." and I never got a response. So I ordered a pen elsewhere. Today, I received the wrong pen.

About the device, the only thing that I don't like is that is not easy to set for left-handed people, I'm still figuring out how to do it because I need to use the express keys while working.

Product is as good as new. Works wonderfully and just as described. The way it was delivered to me was unfavorable though. The product box was just taped closed and the shipping label was put directly on it. Having a big white box with the picture of an electronic device on it is just asking to be stolen. I would've much preferred the box be covered in with some sort of packing paper or even put into another box.
