I requested a refund on shipping for 1 item as I purchased 2 and was told I had to purchase outside of eBay on their website to be eligible for combined shipping. I received a single package containing both items I ordered and requested a refund for one of the shipping charges. I was told by the seller this would not occur as I did not purchase the items through their outside website. Both items came as listed but I was charged ahipping twice for both items placed into one box.

THE BUYER MESSAGED US ASKING IF WE COMBINE SHIPPING. WE INFORMED THE BUYER THAT WE DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING ON EBAY AND ONLY ON OUR WEBSITE. BUYER PLACED ORDER ON EBAY AND DID NOT RESPOND. THE ORDER SYNCED TO OUR EBAY AND WEBSITE AS 1 ORDER. WE PACKAGED AND SHIPPED THE CUSTOMERS ITEMS. THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED HIS ITEMS AND WAS HAPPY BUT DEMANDED A REFUND FOR 1 SHIPPING CHARGE SINCE WE SHIP AS 1 ORDER. WE EXPLAINED IT DOESNT WORK THAT WAY AND MULTIPLE PRODUCTS COST US MORE TO SHIP ALONG W/ EBAYFEES.
