Although the monitor was damaged in shipping, and it took a few days for me to hear back from this seller, seller was extremely apologetic, and corrected the issue immediately by issuing a full refund including shipping. She even offered to make it right with another monitor at the same price. if it wasn t for the damage that occurred by the shippers, the monitor would have been in excellent condition, exactly as seller had described. Upset more by Shippers poor care and cost Shipping.
