    No sign of being refurbished.

    In the first 30 days the phone speaker mall-functioned and had to be replaced for $90.00. Trouble with the silencer switch revealed it was so badly worn that the orange color on the off side was no longer visible. Doubtful that the statement that it was re-furbished by the manufacturer had any truth in it at all.
