Even though the first word in the description of the item is «Black», the seller sent it in a reddish brown. A complaint still has gone unanswered, despite a form letter from the seller that invites questions. I have requested a refund. I intend to throw the item away: it is useless to me.

It arrived in good condition, but it didn't come with the inscription of the 35mm I ordered, it doesn't correspond exactly to the 35mm it's more like 40mm and it's difficult to see, poor quality plastic optics. It makes a strange horizontal mirrored interior reflection at the base of the optic.
I don't satisfied. The seller make a partial refund.

Overall, I like this seller. The seller was quick to ship, maintains open communication, and follows up with shipping and delivery. Best practices I wish ALL Ebay Sellers would follow. The only caveat is, the product itself was a bit of a disappointment. The product definitely looked good in the pics, but after receiving it, I don’t think it was worth $10. I’m not holding it against the seller tho, since I can tell, they are genuine about providing a great buying experience and service. A+
