I am very happy with the laser. Apart from what I can tell as a newbie, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I also appreciate the quick responses within 12 hours or less to my questions, before and after the purchase.
In contrast to the item description, the packaging is not made of cardboard "carton box" but is delivered in a sturdy wooden box (see photo) and the contents are very well packaged, which is even more positive. That makes everything even more serious. No damages!

Ein fantastisches Gerät. Die Verarbeitung tadellos. Geliefert wurde sehr schnell. Ich habe genau das bekommen, was ich mit dem Bundle bestellt hatte. Der Kontakt mit dem Händler war ausgezeichnet. Eine Sache hat mir aber nicht gefallen. Die Verpackung (Holzkiste) war beschädigt. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Beschädigung durch den Spediteur entstanden ist. (UPS) Der Inhalt war aber ordentlich gepolstert, so dass ich keine sichtbaren Beschädigung feststellen konnte. Daumen hoch, für den Händler.
