    The product was exactly as stated and delivery right on time. BUT - the paper folded-over 9x12 envelope tore because of the non-flat charger inside. The charger was wrapped in bubble wrap and was 1/3 sticking out of the shipping envelope. It's a wonder it did not fall out and was lost within the postal system. Please consider using a tear proof plastic like shipment envelope for your shipments that are not flat. The envelope was stamped fragile but that made no difference in the handling.

    Good but not for trimming

    This product is not intended for trimming only, it takes too long to cut all hairs and the way it cuts does not perform a good job and by the end of the day I already have the hairs grown up again, what does not happen with a regular shaver. I was expecting more. Seems that the heads are good enough to help with the cut on the desired height, but again, with no attachments in the head, it does not work that well.

    Solid equipment

    For the price, I was expecting a whole lot less but the motor, buzzer and overall feel are amazing. The battery has yet to die since purchase and I’ve used it over 10 times now. Comes with many attachments, suitable for all your needs, and a travel pouch to accommodate everything nicely. The best part is it doesn’t cut your skin in case you decide to get a little close

    So far, so good...

    I use this for my short, (1 mm) goatee and mustache. I'm just one step above stubble...less whisker burn for my wife. 😉 The nose trimmer and precision trimmer work well as does the stubble (primary) blade. It does a good job of keeping me at a consistent length. I have haven't had it long enough to say how long a charge lasts or how durable it is. But, I would recommend getting some clipper oil for the 3 moving attachments just to keep them moving smoothly.

    If you want to trim your neck, mustache and around your ears this is what you need

    my unit came with no instructions but I was able to figure out how to use it by trial and error. I am very happy with the quality and light weight ease of use.
