- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseExcellent product that works well to reduce my acute sleep apnea but a manufacturing fault in the rigid plastic bar fixing across the nose 👃 separates from the clear nasal part over the nose holds the flexible nasal seal around the nose making an expensive new mask / strap replacement cost when just providing a replacement rigid non separating part across the assembly would save the consumer $130 costs every 6 months,

I then have to make an 18km return trip to pick up the parcel which was the size of a large envelope. Australia post make no effort to deliver parcels in this area and tell lies to ebay.
