    Excellent Sigma 56mm F1.4 lens for Olympus.

    Its a great piece of glass. Very sharp images from this lens on my Olympus OM1 camera. Light, small & F1.4 bright aperture. I enjoyed using it for my work both for photography and video, Fast , smooth & quiet Auto focus. Highly recommended.

    Beautiful, fast lens at a very reasonable price

    This is a great portrait lens for micro four thirds. Probably not for full-length portraits unless you have plenty of working distance, but perfect for tighter shots, especially if you like to separate subject from background with shallow depth of field. Indoors in dim light it can also help to keep your ISO low with TWO stops extra speed over a 2.8 zoom. Shooting at ISO 800 instead of 3200 makes a big difference on a 4/3 sensor. And the bokeh is gorgeous. I almost feel like I bought a Leica lens at Sigma price.

    Phenomenal Sigma quality that's better than the Olympus 45mm f/1.8 and an equal to the 75mm f/1.8, image wise.

    I have the Olympus 45mm f/1.8 and 75mm f/1.8, both very reputable lenses that render wonderful images. This 56mm f/1.4 is better than the 45mm and an equal to the 75mm with aperture to boot. This lens is a no brainer purchase.....
