The light output is significantly brighter than the stock bulbs, providing improved visibility and safety on the road. I'm about to adjust them which should be easy due to the better contrast compared with original. The terminals are chrome or nickel plated, this is a defect. The lamps were quite flicker prone when first fitted. Time will tell whether I will need to tin the contacts. Chrome and Nickel are lousy contact surfaces due the growth of insulating clear oxides
