Outstanding budget processor for gaming
I bought the i3 10105F for a new budget gaming build. I’m running Battlefield V on Ultra at over 60FPS in this setup. i3s have really improved over the last few iterations of intel chips so if you’re looking for good performance but are looking for somewhere to save a few quid then this is the processor for you. Make sure you get the right motherboard for it though. I paired it with a Gigabyte B560M Aorus Pro motherboard. This is an amazing combo that allows the processor to run consistently at 4.2-4.2GHz, close to the max boost speed. Other mobos can limit this speed, so choose wisely. It’s worth getting this (the 10105F) over the 10100 as it is tuned slightly higher and the price is pretty much the same. Remember that anything with an “F” at the end doesn’t have on-board graphics, so ... I bought the i3 10105F for a new budget gaming build.
