Signal to noise ration is much lower than the 110+ dB published in the specifications.
This amplifier certainly does not have a signal to noise ratio of greater than 110dB as clearly stated in the published specifications. The noise signal is clearly audible when there is silence being supplied to the signal input, and the volume of this amplifier set with the indent in the knob to be lower the the height of the LED On indicator on the front panel.

Simply fabulous, perfect professional recording studio monitoring standards High Fidelity headphone amplifier. After nearly a half century working in pro sound facilities and in my own pro audio "suite", never heard better. Frankly, most "fancy" industrial brand studio headphone monitor channel amps I've been plugged into are functionally, well, cheap crap: poor off-balance, narrow bandwidth cheap old portable cassette recorder fidelity, with lots of hiss and no headroom. This little gem is Studio Master Mix quality, absolutely! If you're an audio production pro, or just a home hifi listening aficionado, just get it.
