I was a little hesitant about going with a freestanding model over a clamp fixed to the desk; but the stand with this model has sufficient weight to it so my monitors have never felt wobbly, the stand has never appeared flimsy, and the whole thing certainly doesn’t seem at risk of toppling over from anything short of a solid, intentional shove. Came with all the screws and hardware needed. 10/10 will buy again
