The item was a collectible so I needed the box intact. After asking him for some better wrapping he said it will cost me more. None of that was mentioned on the ad. Besides that the item was advertised as brand new, however he mentioned that he will open it for "inspection" cause Japanese products are missing parts from the factory. However, the seller was very friendly, and in the end, he sent it nicely secured without any additional charges. Postage and packaging were good, packaging could be a little tougher and thicker(Paid additional for secure packaging) but arrived very quickly so overall pleased. Lastly, thank you for accepting my offer, will be sure to use again
