I'd write a full page here raving, but I'll keep my points concise: Great communication. Shipped hours after I ordered on Thursday morning and arrived noon Monday . The dutch oven is perfect. Seller took care to pad the Le Crueset box in addition to the shipping box. The LC box has some slight damage, but that's of no concern to me as the pot is perfect. There is a fair bit of dust on the pot, so maybe this was a display item? It's unused for sure. Overall, 110% happy & would buy again; THANKS!
