Strictly avoid. Dreadful communication, seller rude, arrogant pretend doesn't know what is going on, cheat on postage, not sending refund. I paid over 13 pound for combinated postage plus asked pay by Royal mail 7 on the top to collecta parcel, seller put wrong stamps. She didn't want refund for postage, I sent items back no refund was issued! Resolved with ebay. Terrible experience!

Avoid seller at all costs. The item did not arrive in the agreed time. Afterwards, I sent a message asking at least for the item's location, and the seller never replied. Some weeks after that, I tried to contact the seller again, this time asking for a refund since they refused to communicate. They replied in only a few minutes to say that no, they wouldn't refund the money. No information about where the package is, but they sure reply quickly to deny you the money they stole.
