He received the product, wore it for 9 days with no issue around new york city. After 9 days of wearing the bag all around new york he falsely claimed that I sent him a product with a 0.5" chalk mark on the bottom. He owned the product for 9 days without an issue, then just randomly says there is a mark and he "NEEDS" a refund? Come on here, he is an entitled, rude, man child who thinks he can own and wear a product for 9 days without issue then falsely claim a 0.5" chalk mark is "damage"
