    Excellent, lightweight with great features

    An easy to set up cordless phone, excellent sound quality and lots of other useful features. Contact number storage is huge and I love that you can have different ringtones for common callers and different handset volumes for each phone, i.e a quiet ringtone In the bedroom. The intercom function is also very handy, i.e to the garage. Very happy with the phone and would highly recommend.

    Disappointed

    The quality was too cheap and light/ 'plasticy'. The sounds are either too much like background sounds (music/ TV..) to be heard as a ring or terribly shrill. Each handset has to be individually programmed for sound and volume... very impractical and time consuming. None of the added features (gadgets) are of any interest. The only big plus is the low EMR, the reason why we bought them in the first place. But very disappointed with design, sounds, size and feel of buttons (too soft and small, need my nails to dial!). Siemens, get an industrial designer who knows what ALL people want from a landline (older population, as young ones are only on mobile?!)! Good quality, good size buttons, clear and pleasant ring tones, are system set for sound and volume (maybe allow adjustment on individual ...

    Second Gigaset

    I replaced my previous Gigaset because one of the handpieces had lines across the screen, and the other lost its ability to record incoming messages. The batteries were needing replacement again as well. I love it mainly for the volume and clarity when using handsfree.
