Despite a manufacturing problem with the roof rack (not the sellers fault), the delivery was really quick & their communication to sort out the issue was very good. The assembly instructions for the roof rack were very straight forward and fairly easy to follow. Once the fault was identified, I was offered a partial refund as I was able to fix the problem. Any frustration I had was short lived thanks to their assistance & I have no problem recommending this seller to other buyers out there.
