Items was as pictured other than filter shows it red and I got a gray one but other than that item worked and got perfect and installed in 20 mind. Minor customization to fit on throttle body 90 coupler on minor trimming needed to not hit radiator fan. Overall excellent product for the price beats paying 350 or more for high end name brands definitely would recommend this product for anyone with the chevy 6.0 2013-2018
