    Delivered this afternoon, without any signature. Parcel just left in my letter box, by the courrier acting on behalf of the Dutch Post-Office (they probably sign themselves). Considering the value of the goods, it is a very casual shipment service. Besides the cardboard envelope and a thin plastic sheet, hardly any protection at all. The booklets could have been packed in a small sturdy cardboard box, with bubble wrapping. As the parcel was opened by the French custom, the plastic sheet was torn
