    Good Basic Player

I use a DVD Player everyday.mostly to play audiobooks.so I really get a lot of use of them,,a few features I dislike are it has too many sharp edges on the front and if I walk past it,I often will hook it with my shirt and pull it off the shelf

    Compact and not expensive.

Its made to a price. Therefore it hasn't got the top end features that other more expensive DVD players have. If you want a compact player that is well priced, this is it.

  • Small Size and Price with Big Performance

Although small in size, this DVD player is packed full of easy to use features and as an added bonus will play every World Wide disc zone automatically. It has been in production for a very long time, and the manufacturers have kept updating this size model on a regular basis. I am now on my fourth player, and I no longer bother shopping around for other brands which are more expensive and do no better in DVD performance. Picture reproduction on big screen T.V.'s is excellent. I highly recommend this player for everyday use. Buy with confidence. DAVE COX

  • Inexpensive, intuitive, almost runs itself

Highly satisfactory (for the price) DVD player that seamlessly plays the treasured Jacques Tati films I recently acquired which proved unplayable on our older player. Easily set up, it was playing a disc within minutes of first connecting it up. Cannot fault the quality of the picture and sound. Minor issues all reflect the gadget’s minimal size and weight: 1. Operation of the control buttons is a bit fiddly for an older adult with declining dexterity. 2. The device is so light that when pressure is applied to the front - pushing a control button, closing the disc tray - simultaneous downward pressure must be applied to the device to prevent it sliding away. 3. Deficient as a CD player only insofar as minimal information is displayed to allow track, duration, progress to be monitored. ...

  • Lightweight with great features and clarity

I have found that the unit is excellent value for money. I have been using Laser Blu-ray players for some years and have always found them very reliable with good clarity on playing DVD discs and being region free meant that the overseas DVD's we have were now viewable.
