Tracking was not working and due to my concerns with product arrival time and integrity of seller I asked eBay to step in. Seller gave a refund but said ‘as a gesture of good will’ they would still try to get the product to me WHICH THEY DID!! Is this my lucky day ? my surprise gift? I received my parcel on time but the parcel was not right. I’ve ordered 2 of dj shine serum but I only received 3 which should be 6 in total and in addition the 3 bottles that I received one of them is not full as it’s spilled inside the packaging.. I’ve contacted the seller but they insisted that they sent 6 in total which is not and I ask for them to just refund me back the half that I paid as I pay for 2 not 1 but no response.
