The seller sent a TRAVEL CASE instead of the Withings BPM as advertised. When I contacted them, the reply was: "Sorry that this item cannot be returned. Could we offer a partial refund for the inconvenience?" I was shocked. After another 3-4 emails, I had to inform them that I would contact my credit card company and eBay. Only then they agreed to refund. No apology. Twice I asked for a return shipping label so I could return the wrong item. No response so far.

Lucky to have received I have to use my fiscal address plus my P.O. box because you never know how the seller will ship. USPS will not put my mail in the P.O. box and return to sender some times because I do not have a mail box at the road.. Seller did not use both addresses that was given!
