Everyone working in a Company or Owns a business needs to read this book!
A very quick read. Easy to comprehend and the subject matter is one that all company employees need to read. I'm a sales rep and our sales manager made us read it. The book basically goes over change and how we need to change too or we will get left behind. You either hop on the train or you stay behind because it will run you over. In every company there are what I call IMPEDIMENTS and in this book they call them Sacred Cows...so basically its not good to be a sacred cow because you are stalling progress. Although I knew a lot of what they talked about in the book, I learned a lot too and see things at work a little more differently than I did before. I recommend it.A very quick read.
