The item sent did not match the picture on the site. When contacted the seller only offered a partial refund or wanted us to use the purse sent. They claim the site has not been updated. As of this date the picture still has not been removed. This is totally unsatisfactory because it is false advertising. None of the above is the fault of the purchaser and to only offer a partial refund for their own fault is an insult to the purchaser
