My experience with this company was not the best (yes the item did turn up) however it should not have just got lost.
I also think Aus/Post has something answer for as well as it was their fault that the item just stopped being tracked, the contact between the company and myself also lacking as they only sent one message saying they have contacted Aust/Post and that was it. Poor all-round.

Exactly as described and looks classy. The supplier was highly responsive and arranged an early delivery. The build took around 3 hours against the suggested 1 hour by 2 men as I built it with support from my 13yr old son and we are not professionals. Kinisi transport guy was very kind to drop it on the first floor when requested. The led light on the glass shelves look amazing. Plenty of storage space. Highly recommended buy.

Refused to ship to PO Box despite allowing checkout with one, threatened to cancel order if i didn't provide new address (i should have just let them) product description was wrong (item made of plastic - not wood) started return process, seller needed "technical team" to figure out wood is not plastic, offers partial refunds ($5 / $15) after i said FULL refund was only option, asks me NOT to send items back - just THROW IN THE TRASH and take photo to get refund, absolute lunacy from this seller
