My experience with this company was not the best (yes the item did turn up) however it should not have just got lost. I also think Aus/Post has something answer for as well as it was their fault that the item just stopped being tracked, the contact between the company and myself also lacking as they only sent one message saying they have contacted Aust/Post and that was it. Poor all-round.
