I was disappointed to receive the wrong item. It was a brass saraswati statue around the same size but it is a very different style. The seller was very generous to give a full refund. I am promised the they will arrange the item I actually ordered for me to buy but I want what I ordered and im not sure what i will do with two. I dont high hopes that they'll follow through. Communication could have been better but it also could have been worse. I'm hoping for the best and I'll see what happens.

Der Artikel ist sehr schön und gut verarbeitet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer bezüglich aufgetretener Probleme war anfänglich schleppend (daher nur 3 Sterne), aber letztendlich hat der Verkäufer nun das Problem angemessen behoben!
Bitte beachtet, dass zum Verkaufspreis noch die Zollgebühren hinzukommen, die bei Lieferung bezahlt werden müssen.
