SELLER IS A CROOK! Seller advertised swivel as fitting on ram promaster. However, after opening the box & attempting to install swivel, the mechanic realized a different swivel was sent & that the included bolts don't fit nor does the swivel turn; no instruction was enclosed. Contacted seller who sent a link asking that I open it to get instructions on installation but I refused to open the link which is outside the ebay process. Seller offered $50 & that I keep swivel. BUYER BEWARE!
