Answered my queries straight away after some initial glitches with my order (not theirs or my fault).I loved my product and it was a very competitive price - they also accepted my offer. It arrived exceptionally quick from the eastern states. I would go through this seller again with no hesitation.. My only complaint is the postage costs and there is nothing the seller can do about that... it's all on Australia Post they are too expensive!!
