When you have picture of an item to sell but send a similar one not as pictured an send other one how do you think the customer is going to respond to that very very disappoint in this transaction if you no intention to sell the white devices and only have the black ones then put a picture of the black description not as advertised and then customer points it out the seller quickly changers the item to match the item that sent is a little sketchy and dishonest White was original

The seller delivered a faulty Thermostatic Water Bath. They had multiple similar requests that delayed resolution for ~1 month before I asked eBay to step in while I still could. Correspondence/issue involved
- several requests to repair the faulty item
- several requests that I pay 50-60% of the faulty item cost
- not processing refund when item was returned
- a promise that all costs will be reimbursed, including the return postage, in line with eBay policy.
I will not buy from this seller.
