This buyer's feedback comments are simply false / completely inaccurate. These die-cut vinyl decals can be applied to just about any smooth, clean, non-porous surface (including car bumpers). There are detailed application instructions posted on the listing page. The decals are NOT made to be applied to the inside of a window (that is unless you want to see a reverse / backwards image from the outside of the window).. This buyer is obviously not familiar with the type of product they purchased.
