Ice cream made easy...enjoyable ....yummy.....have a go.
I bought this book for my dughter, who received an icecream maker for christmas. T he reciepes in it are great. we have made several now including Rum and Raisin page 47 and we have used the book as a guide to experiment combining two recipes to make our own verson of coconut ice. Its a lovely book thats easy to use, which encourages you to give it a go .All the ingreadance are easily avaliable and the results are very worth the effort( which isn't a lot...effort).

This is very good starter level book for those new to ice cream makers. The recipes are easy to follow with ingredients that are easy to obtain. It is a step up from the one in the box. This is a good first buy on the subject.
