Disgraceful behaviour of seller. OMG - what a marathon I was forced to run, and hoops to jump through to get a refund. I have never in my life had to go through such an ordeal to get a refund for such a shoddy item. It felt like seller was deliberately 'messing' with me just for the hell of it. Excuses, delays, trying to make me pay for return packaging and postage, which I had to go to great lengths to squeeze out of them, including ebay involvement. So much time, effort and complication!!
