I purchased a t-shirt on January 18th. After 8 days without receiving it, I contacted the seller who informed me that they would not be sending the t-shirt due to an incorrect price listing and unavailability of the item. It has now been two weeks, and despite repeated attempts to contact the seller, I have received no refund. This situation leaves me feeling robbed and disappointed.

Shady seller. Selling used shoes as new and manipulating ebay search by creating listings with two item condition fields: the standard field (which ebay search uses) where this seller indicates shoes are "New with box" and a second field that says they are “Used". I bought shoes that I thought were new then saw on the order confirmation that they were actually used. I initiated a cancel request and messaged the seller who initially agreed to cancel the order but later refused the cancel request

Seller posted Jordan 5 size 11, as new in box, but at check out they came up used. This is totally unacceptable. I personally do not wear nor buy you sneaker
