It would be great if staff could spend more time reading rather than guessing my problem. It’s crazy how simple the issue is. Basically by adding height to the desk, this now makes the height readout wrong at the lowest point. 625mm is what it says, but it needs to be recalibrated so the lowest point is now 625 + the height of the wheels. It’s not rocket science.
