Item was in excellent condition though the box was not. The damage was somewhat visible in the pictures, though it was more extensive when seen in person and definitely not in "brand new" condition.
The seller was very quick to respond when I asked about the shipping status. The seller quickly contacted USPS and the package began to move within a day. There were further issues with shipping, but it was completely due to USPS.
