Rebecca Madison is lurking somewhere in Metropia. This is a problem. She is bent on taking over the world, as so many evil characters are, but this time she has the resources to do it. Rebecca is head of Maximum Incorporated, a business specializing in biotechnology; a business specializing in death. As Kit Walker, aka the Phantom, you must traverse over 60 levels spanning the city of Metropia to stop her.<br><br>A map screen will let you choose a sector you want to explore, but don't expect a safe trip. Armies of biots are programmed to attack you! The Phantom can scale walls and swing from ceilings with his inductance rope, fire homing missiles from his smart gun, and even drop special pellets that explode on contact.<br><br>There are 14 weapons and five items in total, and you have the ability to control two weapons at a time. An inventory screen allows you to store all of the items and weapons collected for later use. Phantom 2040 also features 20 possible endings based on your performance during the game.

I'm not waiting a week to tell you that I am never ordering from this vendor again. Zero customer service, when I try to contact its not delivered. I appreciate the fact the game came quickly however the game though described as "very good" in condition didn't run in my Xbox and no matter what I did it will not read it. It's only 3 dollars but if it is advertised as very good then it should be so. Safe to say I am very disappointed in this vendor and the product that I payed for.

A good price for a cool PSP game, shipped promptly and packaged well. However, the UMD shell arrived cracked so the item wasn't exactly in good condition. The disc itself was fine. Rather than return the item, the seller offered a refund directly. I used the refund to buy some replacement UMD shells and got it working. The replacement UMD shells cost about as much as the item itself. But the seller did the right thing without hesitation, so they have my thanks. Thank you!
