Sent a photo of their invoice; only 2 were sent. Got no response. Opened a case. A few days later, Got a message. Then a 2nd package arrived. I tested all 12 chips. Everything works! Chip seems real. Not a counterfeit or white washed. Case closed. Bottom Line: Radwell is reputable. Honest. Had a great price. I'm very happy. This much needed part was well packaged, and shipped clear across the USA arriving just a day late, but the company was able to let me know when it would arrive. I am satisfied doing business with this company, and should I ever need something else that may be hard to find, I will check with them.

A shame shipping costs about the as much as the products, but seller did an excellent job packaging items ... double boxed, with bubble wrap between boxes, etc. The connectors would probably survive being driven over by the delivery truck!
