Then she lectured me for demanding immediate remediation. Avoid.

I got this and was very surprised how small it was and very quiet it's small but don't let that fool you it holds allot of information I'm very pleased and happy I made this purchase I will definitely ill buy another in the near future. This takes up little space and is portable when I got the package it was very well wrapped and packed very well. I would recommend it, but not for Government and Military Family Database Files, because you can't transfer sensitive files to public. By the way it is not Product of Thailand, it is Product of China on the box, I received, I am Cambodian-American, we know our Countries Names, Cambodia and USA are two Countries . Seagate-consistantly excellent year after year
Since the early 80s, I've owned many Seagate products. They have been consistantly well designed, reliable, high functioning. Every time. Year after year. No doubt, there are other good, similar products out there. But I'm a busy man; why would I spend my time searching for them when there's Seagate?

Works great
Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and it's a Seagate. I always preferred Western Digital and Seagate hard drives (in that order) over all other brands. The quality is what you'd expect from Seagate. I use these for simple back up from my desktop computer. I just use'em with the usb cable, and do a simple COPY of data. I don't use any kind of specialized backup software.
