The bracelet is so big that it falls off my wrist, I can't wear it. Even my partner said it's unusually big for a bracelet, even when he wears it.

Hi Nicole, You can easily have the bracelets re-sized by taking them to a watch repair shop, like a Mister Mint. They are made like a metal watch band, they can just remove some of the pins and take some links out to suit your wrist size. It usually costs around $15 for a re-size. I tried to make this clear in the listing on the photos and in the description, sorry you missed reading that. If you don't want to re-size, I will arrange a return & full refund. Please let me know.
