Item arrived safely, found that the product although new was suffering rusty areas on the metalwork. Informed the seller but all they would offer was £15. Asked the seller to increase the offer so that I could get it repainted, they refused. Said return the item but Having disposed of the box was unable to return the item and therefore had no other alternative than to accept the £15, I’m not happy with the sellers response as the item was over £270, will not be doing business with them again

Avoid ! Absolutely terrible customer service , ordered this jack , arrived with damage and rust , contacted seller and after 1 day, they stopped replying completely, took nearly 2 weeks to resolve my issue and seller only started replying once I got eBay to step in and help , absolutely avoid at all costs , not worth the hassle as clearly selling defected goods and do not want to put it right when there’s an issue .
